A Healthy Home Assessment consists of a thorough inspection of your living space by one of our expert Building Biologists. We assess the essential layers of environmental influences to determine what could be negatively effecting your health. Environmental influences are identified and measured using our state-of-the-art meters and equipment.

We offer a wide array of environmental testing services for your home, however, not all tests are necessary. Upon inspection we will determine if additional laboratory testing is needed for your environment.

what Will You Get?

  • An initial questionnaire to help us understand your home and how you live in it.

  • A thorough visual inspection and testing of the site and building (all readings recorded are presented relative to Building Biology standards).

  • Discussion of findings on the day of the assessment.

  • Sampling for lab analyzation (number based on sq ft of home)

  • Data from assessment findings, which will include solutions and recommendations on how to deal with environmental health hazards identified.

  • A follow up call to review labs and answer any questions.

We strongly encourage you to be present during the assessment so you can understand and learn about your home environment during the process.

Over time, external and internal environmental factors can shift and change. Yearly tune-up visits are recommended to ensure that the space continues to remain healthy. We conduct a comprehensive Healthy Home Assessment and determine if any adjustments are needed and help facilitate them, as well as provide education and support to enhance your space to support you.
